The Explorer’s Compass

​I am an Explorer, choosing ever to set my compass by these guiding truths:

I move through the world with wonder, not fear.
I seek knowledge, not just answers.
I am responsible for my learning, my actions, and my impact.

I honor the land beneath my feet,
         the stories I carry,
         and the voices yet unheard.

I challenge what harms, and protect what heals.
I act with empathy and respond with equanimity.

I am a Wayfarer,
         and I will wander always — with curiosity and kindness.

I make space for joy, for failure, for change.
I ask hard questions and speak true words.
I walk with purpose, knowing not all paths lead toward justice.
I recognize many ways forward,
         but choose only those that uplift and do no harm.

I am a Pathmaker,
         forging and striving with care and conscience.

I listen for the silent, and hear the silenced.
I see the empty spaces, and search for the missing.
I hold space for those who have yet to join us.
I map the paths of the many — equal, divergent, and connected.
I think globally, engage locally, consider universally, and question always.
